A. You don't need to listen to Christians, but you do need to listen to Christ. It is the message of Christ, however, that Christians are trying to explain to you. So, insofar as a Christian is telling you what Christ said and did, what the Bible says- to that extent you would be wise to listen to Christians. This does not mean Christians are always right, of course, or even that their motives are pure (after all, Scripture teaches about the sin and fallenness of all people). So, listen carefully to Christians, but listen much more carefully to Christ Himself. To that end, you will need to pick up a Bible and read. The Bible never gets it wrong, because it is God speaking.
